Welcome to Xiover, a digital freelance service marketplace where users can buy and sell digital services. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.
Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, posting a service, hiring a freelancer, or otherwise using Xiover, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
Eligibility and Account Creation
- Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- You may browse gigs without registering, but must register to hire or sell services.
- Freelancers are required to verify their identity, including submitting valid ID documents.
- Users are not allowed to maintain more than one account. Violation may result in suspension.
User Roles
Xiover supports the following user roles:
- Freelancers: Individuals or businesses offering digital services.
- Clients: Individuals or businesses purchasing services.
- Admins: Xiover’s internal team overseeing compliance and operations.
Users may act as both freelancers and clients using a single account.
Service Transactions and Fees
- Xiover uses an escrow system to hold client payments until work is completed and approved.
- Xiover charges a 10% commission on all completed transactions.
- There are no subscription or membership fees.
- Freelancers may be subject to withdrawal limits or conditions, which may include holding periods or identity checks.
Ownership and Intellectual Property
- Freelancers retain ownership of work until full payment is released.
- Upon payment completion, ownership and all associated rights transfer to the client, unless otherwise agreed.
- Users may not post or share content that infringes upon third-party copyrights or trademarks.
Prohibited Conduct
To maintain a safe and fair environment, the following are strictly prohibited:
- Sending spam or unsolicited promotions
- Using hate speech, discriminatory content, or harassment
- Impersonation or misrepresentation of identity
- Requesting or processing payments off-platform
- Attempting to circumvent Xiover’s fees or systems
Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
Account Suspension and Appeals
Xiover reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account for reasons including:
- Fraudulent activity
- Repeated late deliveries
- Policy violations or abuse of the system
Suspended users will receive a notice and may appeal the decision by contacting Xiover Support.
Communications
By using Xiover, you consent to receive communications from us via:
- In-app notifications
These communications may include service updates, transactional alerts, promotional offers, or legal notices.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When changes are made:

Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance.
Governing Law
In the event of a legal dispute, the interpretation of these Terms shall be governed by generally accepted international online service norms and principles of fair commerce, until Xiover is officially governed by a specific national or state legal jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to adopt a formal governing law and jurisdiction as the company expands.
Termination
You may close your account at any time. Xiover also reserves the right to terminate access for users who breach these Terms. Termination does not affect obligations related to payment, disputes, or intellectual property.
